Terms and Conditions for Requested Quotes

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the process and provisions of quotes requested from Asbury and Co. LLC, a custom woodworking company based in Georgia.

2. Quote Requests

Customers may request quotes for custom woodworking projects by submitting details through the Company’s website or via direct contact.

All quote requests should include a detailed description of the project, including dimensions, preferred wood types, design specifics, and any other relevant details.

3. Quote Validity

Quotes provided by the Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

After 30 days, quotes may be subject to reevaluation.

4. Pricing

The quoted price will include the cost of materials, labor, and any additional services required for the project.

Prices quoted are estimates and subject to change based on actual project requirements and material costs at the time of order confirmation.

5. Acceptance of Quote

Acceptance of the quote must be confirmed in writing by the customer.

Upon acceptance, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions herein.

6. Deposit and Payment

A deposit of 50% of the quoted price is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion of the project.

Payments can be made via the methods specified by the Company.

7. Project Timeline

The Company will provide an estimated completion date for the project. However, this is subject to change due to factors such as material availability and workload.

8. Changes to Project Scope

Any changes to the project scope after acceptance of the quote may result in adjustments to the price and timeline.

Changes must be agreed upon in writing by both the customer and the Company.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.

If a project is canceled after work has begun, the customer may be responsible for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to material shortages, labor strikes, and natural disasters.

11. Intellectual Property

Designs and artworks provided by the Company are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used elsewhere without written consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any such changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.
